I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks now and my knees & joints feel much better. The pain I was having isn’t there anymore. My energy level has increased too. It doesn’t cause any side effects. I take 3 capsules daily that is the recommended dose. They are easy to swallow. I will continue to take them because I love the results. I highly recommend this product.
