Best creatine gummies to boost energy and gain muscle mass
I’ve been taking Alpha Nutrition Power Creatine Gummies for a few months now and they’re a game changer! I’ve seen some real muscle gains and more have a lot more energy during workouts. Each serving gives you 5g of creatine and is super easy and yummy to eat. The strawberry-watermelon flavor is great, plus they’re sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free which is awesome. Great Tasting Alternative to Powders/Chalky Chews
I’ve been through my fair share of creatine supplements, whether it’s powders or the assorted chews. The powders never sat well with my stomach, either by trying to slowly ramp up to the recommended dosage or by front-loading. My body just doesn’t take to them well. Chews I’ve tried I just can’t get past the nasty chalky taste.I’ve used these for less than a week at this point, but they’ve tasted great and not upset my stomach so that’s a major win in my book. As far as effectivity- that’s yet to be determined. I eat my fill with red meat so in my book this is really just a nice to have. My workouts are typically HIIT oriented with supersets, I’m limited on time in the gym so I’m in and out within an hour on average and that’s cardio + lifts. I say this for those who lift similarly. You may not notice immediate gains in recovery or in strength, but creatine’s gonna do its thing over time and build up in the muscle eventually improving both.If you’re looking for some immediate boost to your lifts/recovery- this isn’t for you, but then again no supplement is. If you’re sensitive to powders and can’t stand the chalky taste of other chews, give these a shot. They taste great which makes them easier to work into a supplement stack.To Alpha Nutrition: Offering an option without the Red-40 and Maltitol would be great. The rest of the ingredients are health conscious but there are better and more natural alternatives to these, which I know I’d prefer as would a few others based on the reviews here. Overall a great product from what I can tell so far. I’ll update my review further if need be.

Positive first creatine experience
I have not used a creatine supplement prior to this, but in the interest of improving my exercise effectiveness, I decided to give it a try. I specifically wanted something that was sugar-free but didn’t use sucralose or aspartame as a sugar substitute. One way or another, Alpha pulled that off, or so the ingredient listing says. These are still very sweet. The consistency is a little less chewy than something like a Starburst candy, but of similar size. Bear in mind that four gummies constitute a serving.Is it effective? The first couple of days, I actually noticed a considerable increase in energy and had a bit more stamina during lifting, push-ups, etc. As time went on, I noticed it less. I’m not sure exactly how to take that. Did my body simply become accustomed to it?I’ll continue using creatine, but may try some competing products to see if the results are the same. I did like the flavor and consistency of the Alpha gummies.
