Premium quality ginseng, BUT…
Very high-quality from the smell of it, and very potent. I could not take it for its intended purpose because it was so strong. I got tension headaches on the right side of my head every time I consumed just one capsule. Hubby seems to be OK with it so I pass it on to him.

It really works
I can happily report that American ginseng really works, it’s not a placebo. There’s a lot of mysticism to comb through when researching but the stuff really does give clean energy along with a boost in your mood. I’m taking just 1-2 capsules in the morning then I drink my cold brew and eat something small, it’s night and day on my productivity levels when I’m on Ginseng then I’ll usually take a break from it on the weekend unless it’s critical. A big thanks to the manufacturer, really good stuff!Please do your research first, it looks like those with diabetes or blood thinners should take caution and consult their doctor.
