Good Product – No issues
My recent bloodwork came back and my vitamin D level was very good, so I suppose you could say these actually contain vitamin D. They haven’t been sticky or stuck together on any of the orders I’ve made over the summer. They taste pretty good too. Smell is fine. Easy to chew.

I struggle to take vitamins but know I need them! These taste great, have a good texture and is a decent dose although often capsules tend to be of a higher potency.

I tend to be deficient in vitamin D no matter what I eat or how much sun I get. I started taking these after a blood test showed a deficiency. I was back in normal range within 6 months. They’re tasty too! I have ONLY stopped buying these because I started taking calcium too, and that has D with it.
