So far, so good!
I have been taking this product for the first time for about a week now. I have had a history of leaky gut years ago and have healed it. I recently started to get symptoms of leaky gut again and wanted to try this product, especially since it contains L-Glutamine (which has helped me in the past). I have already started seeing an improvement in my symptoms (mainly acid reflux and inflammation, to name a few). I take two pills every morning on an empty stomach (which works for me, personally). I plan to continue taking this product, it will be a part of my daily regimen. I do recommend!

I have been taking 2 Capsules before meals, and I think it is helping for what these are described for? Directions read 2 Capsules a day. I am an RN and decided a daily dosen would not be enough as a daily dose not enough!

NO GOOD Nasty big pills
These pills smells like poop and are big and every time I made myself take it always felt like throwing up and didn’t do me any good . I broke out in big pimples and I took those pills to help with my gut but I didn’t feel any good or see Just the big pimples and stop and now no more big pimples. For me this didn’t do no good and I don’t know how this has a lot of good reviews 👎👎 Nasty I will never buy these pills again. Run away from those big Nasty poop smelling pills. My Money in the trash.
