Mixed results
I am rating this as a 3 because although it didn’t work for me, my brother highly recommended it. His experience was that it helped slower his frequency of needing the bathroom, less painful and less smelly gas, and helped maintain regularity.My experience was different, but so was my problem. I would go from one end of the spectrum to the other and sometimes have to use the bathroom alot and other times I was backed up. I only used it for a couple of days so I don’t know if it really helped my problem. I did use the bathroom alot during that time. The reason I didn’t continue was because the gas was so painful and stinky. That’s a side effect that was too much for me. Luckily the bottle doesn’t go to waste and my brother can use it.
