Got recommended to get this for my child. The closest thing I’ve found that could help my child’s iron deficiency! Hopefully no more iron infusions 🤞 Will come back and review after blood tests! My son is also autistic and won’t chew the gummy or take liquid medicine so I melt the gummy in about tablespoons amount of water. Putting it in the microwave for about 30 sec to melt it and pour it in my son’s juice! So Far so good

Very convenient
I recently started using Black Girl vitamins and the Iron Gummies are new to me. Right before I decided to purchase these, I was experiencing a brain fog, fatigue, very low energy and irritability; not saying if this has anything to do with it, however, I have a medical diagnosis of anemia and iron deficiency. The brain fog is definitely gone, it’s been two weeks of using them so far. They don’t taste as good as the other gummies they have but it doesn’t stop me from taking them. I take one in the morning and one before bed so it’s easy to use and remember. I rather take these than the iron pills I was prescribed, they don’t make my body feel weird like the pills do. I’ll know if they’ve improved my levels once I go to my doctor’s appointment.
