Better calcium absorption ingredients
This Mega Osteo bone & joint supplement is easy to take & doesn’t have a bad taste or an aftertaste. I haven’t noticed a difference or improvement since I started taking this, but bone health requires medical testing & not something you can feel. My joints feel the same though. Even though I am not vegan, it’s nice for vegans to have this option. It contains not just calcium, but vitamin D as well to enhance absorption. It also contains Bonolive, boron & vitamin K2. It’s expensive compared to more common calcium supplements you see, but these do contain the extra ingredients that others do not. I also like that it is manufactured in the US & third party tested. The only thing I don’t like about this, & it’s a minor inconvenience, is that it suggests you take this before meals, so I have to remember to take it right when I wake up before I start eating breakfast. The capsules are larger than your average capsule, but I was able to swallow them just fine. I haven’t experienced any side effects while taking these.

What I like about this supplement:1. the ingredients are good, no unnecessary additives, there is a filler but it’s only rice hauls, which is probably one of the best fillers that can be used (not that I’m promoting fillers, but if they need to be used).2. Easy to take and the taste is neutral.3. It’s vegan.I think the value is normal, costing $25 for one monthI finished the bottle already and I didn’t notice any difference during taking it. But I believe that it still supplied the nutrition that it claims. Thankfully I also have good health so that also could also be why I didn’t notice anything.I recommend this supplement to those who need it.

Grateful for a truly vegan bone and joint support product
I’m very pleased with this Mega Osteo supplement for bone and joint health. I’m vegan, so I love that this brand goes beyond just claiming their product is vegan, backing up the claim by providing the specific source of the cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) which is lichen. I’m not familiar with the benefits of Olea eurpaea or boron but I’m glad to see that this formula includes both calcium and K2. I’ve been taking the recommended 2 capsules per day and have experienced no negative effects, so I’m glad to have this product and I recommend it.

Great formulation with patented ingredients
I am impressed with this synergistic vitamin formulation for bone health. We’ve all heard of calcium for bone health, but Vitamin D3 plays an important role as well by helping your body absorb more calcium. Vitamin K2 helps direct Calcium to your bones and teeth, instead of your arteries.This supplement also contains Bonolive, a patented Olive Leaf Extract that may promote bone health.A serving size is 2 capsules, so you can spread out your calcium intake for better absorption.I haven’t noticed any difference taking this vitamin, but I was already supplementing Vitamins D and K. Calcium supplementation may cause constipation, so if you are starting out, you may want to take 1 capsule a day instead of 2.I appreciate that this product is 3rd party tested for purity and potency. I wouldn’t purchase a supplement that hasn’t been third-party tested.

Great to slow down or prevent osteoporosis!
I really like this Vegan Vitamin D3 because it really helps your body to absorb calcium. Calcium Malate which helps with the “building block” and the mineral your bones need. And I also love that Vitamin K2 supports bone mineralization by helping the body place calcium into bones and not soft tissues. Another ingredient I love isBonolive (Olive-Leaf Extract) which supports bone & joint health. So this is definitely for people who don’t get enough bone-supporting nutrients from diet I definitely recommend this product!!
