Good balance but hard-to-swallow tabletsI’ve been trying out the Bronson ONE Daily Men’s 50+ Complete Multivitamin, and overall it seems to deliver a good blend of essentials. The ingredient list covers the basics—vitamins A through E, the B family, along with minerals like zinc, selenium, and magnesium. For someone past 50, it’s reassuring to see attention to bone, immune, and heart health in one pill.That said, the tablet size is on the large side. Even taking it with a full glass of water, I sometimes notice it catching on the way down. If you’ve ever had trouble swallowing bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. The tablets also have that classic vitamin smell, which doesn’t bother me but could be off-putting for some.I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking it with food, and the once-daily format makes it easy to stay consistent.
