Great energy and flavor
I always purchase the Cherry berry lime as it is my favorite. I work long hours and tend to have an energy drink on shift most nights. Others I’ve tried severely dehydrated me and make me have to pee a lot whereas these C4 Smart Energy do not have the same effect. The caffeine in these are derived from green coffee beans rather than asynthetic caffeine source so it gives a pleasant pick-me-up without jitters and no crash later. These are the only energy drinks I consume now. I just feel better than when drinking other brands.

I was taking this for several weeks now to try to improve my focus for studying, and it was doing the total opposite. Whenever i drink this I can’t focus or even grasp the most basic concept. It also screwed up my memory and gave me lots of severe headaches and sleep problems.It also tastes horrible compared to diet coke or other diet drinks.

Noticeable improvement in energy level and focus on the C4 Smart Energy version. Bought this for working on a critical project, had it in the morning after breakfast. I was able to avoid mental and physical fatigue and keep working for 10+ hours straight, with full on energy, focus and motivation, without needing any breaks/coffee/tea in between. Remember you can have only one per day and I believe its not recommended to use this continuously for more than 8 weeks. I intend to use this only when I have something critical to get done. Taste is very good (Peach Mango / Smart Energy)

I have tried so many flavours and so far this is the tastiest flavour , never get bored of it , and it make you workout for 3 hours non stop ! Unfortunately must of cans are half empty, so it’s a rip off!!!
