might be the reason I’m sleeping better and no longer suffering from leg cramps
I’m not 100% sure this is the reason, but since I started taking Double Wood’s Magnesium Glycinate, I’ve been sleeping better, and those sudden, painful leg cramps at dawn have stopped. If you’ve ever had one, you know how awful and jarring they can be.I had tried magnesium oil before, but it was messy and easy to forget. This capsule form is simple, and so far, it seems to be working. I’m glad I gave it a try.

This is a quality product. It has helped produce more solid sleep and stopped my leg cramps. It does not upset the stomach. I would recommend this brand. If you need this type of magnesium in this many milligrams it is a good product for you.

This has been a life saver – or I should say a sleep saver. As I have gotten older the RLS has gotten significantly worse in that it had become and every night thing. Started taking these based on research and the reviews and it absolutely has made a difference. I take them every night about a half hour before bed and while I am not sleep well I don’t feel like I am running a marathon.

Good product overall, but I can’t give it 5 stars because the labeling is misleading. Each capsule only provides 60 mg of elemental magnesium, so you’d need about six and a half capsules to reach the stated 400 mg. That should definitely be clearer on the bottle.That said, the magnesium glycinate form is excellent — it’s well-absorbed, easy on the stomach, and helps me relax and fall asleep faster. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since taking it. Great quality, just wish the dosage info were more transparent.

I take this wonderful product for a variety of reasons!! The computer says that magnesium glycinate!! What’s not to love!!! It works to reduce the likelihood of stomach upset and nausea! But it might also help with anxiety management- sleep improvement and bone strength!!!!

After trying lesser quality magnesium, I just started taking glycinate, the most bioavailable magnesium, 7 days ago for better sleep and I feel like instead of being on top of the sheets rigid, I sort of melt.
