it did the job well!
I mix this in with my coffee, a smoothie, or my fiber, BCAA’s, and glutamine mix. It mixes very well and doesn’t rock the boat. I cant speak on what its doing but i think my nails feel smoother and look better so theres that!

Game changing hair growth with marine collagen!
I have been taking marine collagen consistently as a supplement for a year and a half. My fine thin hair has never looked better in my whole life! Even my mom and family members have asked what ive done to get my hair so nice. It grows a few inches every few months!!! I know its supposed to help with joints and has other health benefits also, but my main reason for use is hair growth. The key is to stay consistent, it may take a few months before you see the difference. I put 2 teaspoons full in my coffee every day. I used to use a different brand, and have switched to this one, as it seems to be the best value, and am now on my 2nd bucket. I will take this for life!!!

No Weird Smell
I have bought all kinds of collagen products in the past and they all had weird smell and leaves a bad after taste in your mouth for a long time. But this powder has no smell or taste. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now and my coworker told me the skin on my face looks tighter. I didn’t expect to have a tighterskin. I was just hoping I can maintain what I have since I am already 58. So it works better than what I hadexpected. I am very happy with the turn out.
