Eye vitamins
I have a genetic propensity for developing macular degeneration but since I currently have no symptoms, my eye doctor has put me on HALF strength AREDS2 supplementation. This product has all the correct ingredients as the name brand, but in different amounts. This should suffice for me, but do check with your own eye doctor. These mid-sized capsules arrived in a tamper resistant amber plastic jar without a child-proof lid; they have no untoward aftertaste. Expiration date is just under one year from date of arrival. With the 90 capsules contained, I will receive 1.5 months of supplementation, which is on par value with name brand.

Good value and easy to swallow
My eye doctor suggested I use lutein supplements to help stave off macular degeneration in one eye. I decided to give these a try. I like how these capsules have not only the lutein, but also vitamins C and E, copper, and zinc. They are not at all large and are quite easy to swallow. Two capsules a day means this bottle is worth 45 days of dosages, and that’s a great deal for me. I’ll definitely be grabbing these again when it’s time to replenish my supply.I received these Buporai eye vitamins as part of the Amazon Vine Program, but my opinion is entirely my own.

Affordable Way to Support Your Eye Health
This supplement contains Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Vitamin E to help support your eye health. I worry about eye strain as I spend so much time on the computer at work. After taking these capsules regularly, I feel that my eyes are less fatigued and more relaxed. These capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. With 90 capsules inside each bottle, this is a 1.5-month supply depending on how many capsules you take. I take 2 capsules at night with water and have not had any stomach issues. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but have noticed some positive ones. I feel that the price is a great value for the quantity & quality of the capsules. I feel that these capsules are effective and working with my budget.

Common ingredients
It is generally kind of hard to tell if supplements could be very beneficial for eyes, or could working for bettering my eyesight. This may however, help a little, as far as dryness. I do generally have dry itchy eyes.I find the ingredients in this are commonly found in other supplements as well. I do appreciate the supplementation combination. I don’t think these are high amounts of I ingredients. Taken twice a day it helps to spread out its benefits.Directions are for one capsule twice a day. They are easy to take.

Comprehensive eye support; good value
I decided to try the Buporai Lutein and Zeaxanthin Supplements to support my eye health, especially given the amount of time I spend in front of screens. Each serving consists of two capsules, providing a 45-day supply per bottle. The formula includes lutein and zeaxanthin, known for their roles in filtering harmful blue light and protecting the retina. Additionally, it contains vitamins C and E, zinc, and copper, which are part of the AREDS2 formula recommended for age-related macular degeneration (AMD).After a few days, I noticed a reduction in eye fatigue and dryness, particularly after long periods of screen time. The capsules were easy to swallow, and I appreciated that the product is free from artificial additives. In terms of cost, at $21.99 for 90 capsules, it breaks down to approximately $0.24 per capsule. Applying the available 20% coupon reduces the price further, making it a cost-effective option compared to other brands. For comparison, other supplements like Puritan’s Pride Lutein 40mg with Zeaxanthin offer 120 softgels for around $32.70, equating to about $0.27 per softgel. Similarly, Carlyle Lutein and Zeaxanthin 40 mg provides 180 softgels for approximately $17.49, coming to roughly $0.10 per softgel. While Carlyle’s per-capsule cost is lower, it’s important to consider the overall formulation and additional nutrients included in each product.Overall, I’m satisfied with the Buporai supplement and would recommend it to others seeking comprehensive eye health support.

Affordable AREDS2 Formulation
I started experiencing some eye challenges and want to ensure I have healthier eyes. A friend of mine told me about some eye supplements that can help improve eye health. In my search, I came across the “BUPORAI EYE VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENT” from the BUPORAI Store. However, I found the label regarding the recommended serving a bit confusing. It lists both a per-serving dosage and a per-day dosage, which could have been simplified to just a per-serving amount, as is standard. The formulation includes the following ingredients per capsule, with a daily serving size of 2 capsules:- Vitamin C: 250 mg (278% of the US RDA)- Vitamin E: 90 mg (600% of the US RDA)- Zinc: 40 mg (364% of the US RDA)- Copper: 1 mg (111% of the US RDA)Lutein: 20 mg- Zeaxanthin: 1 mgThis formulation aligns with the US medical institute’s recommended AREDS2 formulation, which is fantastic! The bottle’s contents are well-protected, featuring a plastic seal to prevent accidental opening and a foil safety seal at the mouth of the bottle to guard against contamination. However, I was disappointed to find that there is no expiration date printed on the bottle. On the plus side, the capsules are gluten-free, non-GMO, and contain no artificial colors. The bottle provides a 45-day supply of eye supplements and costs only $17.99, which breaks down to about 40 cents per day. Additionally, there is a 20% discount coupon available. Compared to leading brands that sell AREDS2-based supplements, this option is significantly more affordable. Great product!
