Made in the USA. I did not know that Iron needs Vitamin C in order for your body to actually absorb the iron. My husband typically is low in iron, but he has been taking iron supplements without the C. So we’ll see if this helps any. This company is the first to mention that it needs vitamin C to really work, which I never knew before. Much appreciate the “education”.

Seem good so far
I was encouraged by my doctor to start using iron supplements because my iron levels are low. I have been using these for a month. They honestly taste gross so it’s a quick put in the mouth and water it down. I go back in a few months for a blood draw so I will see if any improvements have happened with my low iron.

Easily absorbable iron at a fantastic price.
My daughter has low iron, and despite me making her eat food, she needs to supplement. Usually she’d eat an orange with an iron pill to get the vitamin C needed to aid in it’s absorption, but this is better – it’s the C and the Iron, all in one. The pills are easy to swallow even though they’re not coated. They do have that slight metallic taste to them that all iron pills have, but… iron is a metal, so it makes sense.They don’t cause any digestive issues, which is a huge plus.She hasn’t had her iron tested since she began taking them, so I can’t confirm that her levels are up, but she has more energy and her mood is better, so it probably is.For the price, these are a fantastic value. We often buy the generic version of OTC supplements from the pharmacy counter, since they’re often so inexpensive there. This is about the cost of buying the iron from the pharmacist, but those ones don’t include vitamin C.I can’t complain at all. If the price stays so reasonable, I’ll buy them again.

A little bit concerning in two ways, but might be good?
Cons:Label says that it is PREMIUN (not premium) iron.Bottle arrived with the lid almost entirely screwed off of the bottle (the seal on the bottle was fine)The taste is not great, so don’t plan on having it hang out in your mouth for any time. It is always hard to tell with this type of product if it actually increases levels without a before and after blood test. But provided the labels are accurate, it seems fine. The lid thing is definitely a bit concerning.
