I recommend a small handful and putting those in a bag/container since the zip close on this bag is great but not convenient for every day. I thought my krill oil pill was small (middle). They are smooth and don’t “catch” at the back of your throat like some gelatin capsules do.PURPOSEMy son was struggling with mental health & we did a dna test that can see what drugs you may/may not do well with.
