Mixes well with no taste – as it should be
After my workouts on weight training days I drink a flavored Whey protein shake that I add some L-Glutamine powder to as well and I need the L-Glutamine to not clump and to not have flavor that will ruin the taste of the shake. I find this powder mixes well and for me has no noticeable flavor. Also, since Force factor is well known brand, I trust that the ingredients are accurate.

reduces soreness 5-10%
i got this product to add to my workout stack in hopes of reducing soreness from heavy lifting days. i noticed taking it on an empty stomach felt much better than taking it with food. when i took it with food i had some stomach discomfort i wouldnt have otherwise had. i take it plain with water and there is a very slight taste to it but i would say its 90% tasteless. ultimately i noticed a 5-10% reduction soreness the next couple of days after heavy lifting so this makes it worth it to me to keep taking it!

I’ve been using this for a month and I haven’t noticed a particular difference in gut health. It hasn’t made anything worse, but I also haven’t noticed an improvement in my gut health either.
