Non-refrigerated version works best for me
The non-refrigerated version works really well for me—my stomach feels comfortable, almost like a “long-lost normal.”One thing to keep in mind: probiotics contain different strains and other active ingredients. It’s a good idea to check the label or ask GPT to see if it’s the right fit for you and to rule out potential allergies.I once tried the refrigerated version by chance, thinking it would be fresher, but I developed allergic reactions—mosquito bite–like bumps and joint discomfort. Even after pausing and restarting, the symptoms came back. Once I switched back to the non-refrigerated version, everything improved.

Great for your gut!
This is a good product. For me it helped the IBS disappear. No more constipation or diarrhea when I take it consistently. My only complaint is take the tall plastic bottle is a waste when 30 capsules would fit in a bottle half its size. Over use of plastics is poisoning the earth!

Unexpected results
I have been taking these for 7 weeks so far. This is what I have been noticing1. Increased stamina ( At 72 I feel a new lease of life in being able to easily make it through a long day driving, with my grandchild …)2. Reduced joint pain ( at least 33% ). I had been suffering with neck pain/ upper shoulder pain. Had PT, doing qui gong, both of which helped. Since starting these, even without any PT or qui gong my neck / shoulder hardly is noticeable. In fact my ability to rotate my neck freely has improved.3. Reduced low level anxiety4. A very slight improvement in my psoriasis is apparent after 6 weeks. Let’s see after 6 months plus.5. Bowel movements are more consistent and regularInitially I did experience a period where I felt lethargic, my psoriasis got slightly worse, and I felt a lack of mental clarity.These passed within 1 week.Will review my findings 6 months on.

I’ve been a loyal user of Garden of Life products and purchased 5 bottles of this raw probiotic on 28 Apr 2025. I stored all bottles in my refrigerator from day one, even though the packaging clearly states “No refrigeration required.”I finished the first 2 bottles without issue. But when I opened a new one, I was horrified to see that the contents were badly oxidized and blackened. I opened the remaining 2 bottles and found one more bottle also oxidized, while the last one appeared normal.This is incredibly disappointing and concerning. I followed storage instructions and even went above and beyond by refrigerating, yet still ended up with contaminated or compromised product.I trusted this brand for quality and stability, clearly something went wrong in manufacturing or packaging. Will not be repurchasing.
