Great sleep aid
After a two-year period of inactivity following a hip replacement (shame on me, after two months you’re pretty much good to go) I got back to it. During that period I struggled with insomnia. After considerable research I’ve been drinking a glass of water with ashwagandha and magnesium powder. I sleep like a baby. Good to note that I also exercise, which no doubt helps too. Great stuff, I’ll keep taking it.

High hopes
A coworker of mine put me onto this. She brought me a tincture that she got from a local nutrition place in my town for me to try and I had to RUN to find some of my own. Hers was very bitter tasting, like a shot of vodka, so I was worried about that but THIS is pleasant in comparison. I did get the alcohol free bottle. It’s got a slightly sweet taste. Almost almondy. I tried a tad bit plain just to see. I did mix the vial dose in my tea and it was actually kind of a nice subtle addition to sweeten it up. The tea I used is Celestial brand, Bengal Spice. Will be perfect if you like cinnamon and ginger. And I do already feel the calming effects of it. I gave four stars because I can’t speak for how my osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis and over all body pain will respond to it yet. I do however, look forward to seeing how this works for my anxiety in the long term as that was the sole reason for my purchase.

Significant improvements
I purchased this quite awhile ago and I am still using it. When I initially started using it I did not notice any significant difference in my overall wellbeing. I paused using it for awhile and I got into a bad car accident. To assist with recovery I resumed using it when I got home from the hospital and now I feel a magnificent difference.I will continue to use this herb for how it affects my mood and sleep quality. It is a bit bitter but I take it straight from the dropped. It is probably better to mix it with water. I find it easy to swallow myself. It improves my sleep quality and that is all I really needed during recovery.I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with daily energy and their sleep quality at night. I use it for both. Great quality and the size of the servings is more than enough.

Tasteless liquid! Very strong! Eat before taking it. It does give you a burst of energy . Take it in the mornings this is when I got the best results.
