An important supplement
It’s difficult to rate supplements because most require use for months before anything is noticed. But there are some that are just always in my daily routine, this is one of them because we can be deficient so easily. This should be taken at night to help with any muscle cramps and it’s supposed to help you sleep – thank you!This company has great products, excellent quality and very fair prices. Waaaaaay better than melatonin
Some of the best sleep I’ve gotten since taken this before bed. Paired with the zinc is a combination that has me waking up rested and with steady energy!

Great at preventing nighttime foot cramps
This product is really good at preventing nighttime foot cramps. That is generally a problem for me – I wake up a few times in the middle of the night with my foot cramping up. This is the fourth supplement I’ve tried, and while it’s not the only product that worked, it seems to be the best. I generally take one pill each night, but if I play tennis, which tends to really stress out my feet, I take two. They are definitely been occasions when I went to bed thinking that I was definitely going to have foot cramps, but it never happened. I will absolutely buy this product again when it runs out.

I ordered this to improve my deep sleep which was only 10-20 mins after 7.5 hours of sleep. After taking it for one week the REM sleep improved significantly from 20-30 mins to 70-80 minutes but there is slight improvement in Deep sleep as it is fluctuating in between 30-40 minutes as my target is atleast 20% of total sleep but there are other factors as well that need to be addressed. In short it is working and I recommend this.
