Great burn!
Love this cream! You can really feel the burn even if you don’t use a wrap with it. If you do use a wrap make sure you wash it at least weekly cuz it will start to smell from all the sweat!

Doesn’t last long
It temporarily give you a burning sensation for about 5 minutes then it wears off…I advise to don’t use it anywhere other than your stomach because it’ll have you feeling like you jumped in a fire pit

Lots of Heat, but no Action
Been using this nightly, but not seeing any difference in my skin. It does produce some great heat which feels good. If I was looking for something to ease muscle aches, this actually might be something I would use, but not for any cellulite reduction/belly weight loss.

Hot but manageable
This is not my first time using hot creams and this particular hot cream by Uruses is fairly similar to the others in value and in heat. I like that this comes in a2 pack so you can fully use this for a longer duration to see results. I apply before a work out so that the heat helps induce more sweating while being active and also to help distract me from the heat. It’s pretty hot, but I’m getting used to the sensation and almost miss it when I forget to apply it during exercise. A little goes a long way for me and I find that it gets absorbed fairly quickly and is pretty moisturizing as well. The smell is medicinal/menthol but isn’t long lasting. I apply in my trouble areas: abs, thighs, and butt. Can’t tell if it’s the workouts or the cream working, but I do notice a firmness in the areas so I am loving this cream and will continue to use it while I work out.

Sweat cream for weight loss
This cream makes me sweat a lot when I apply it before exercising so it helps me burn extra calories. I use it mostly on my belly and thighs and I feel that my skin is more elastic and firm in these areas after several workouts with this cream applied. The cream is easy to apply and it does not interfere with my exercises so I think that it works well for me.

Effective Heating Cream
Good cream. I’ve completely used one pack and am now using the second one. I use it with a fitness belt on my belly. It provides good heating that lasts up to 30 minutes. I see the results after continuous usage (I have been using it for several months). Reducing belly fat is a tough challenge, and this cream is my trusted companion in this journey.Recommended.
