Blood sugar checked 1 hour and 2 hours while adding in low fat milk and banana, no sugar spike, max spike of 28 points of sugar machine. I can clearly see muscles growing, of course you need to use it after intensive workout then it will show you results. The soreness of muscles after exercise can b easily improved. Highly recommend,👍
