I bought this for my mother-in-law. She’s in her late 70s. She still has lots of energy. I was doubtful so I decided to take some and try it and see for myself. I can report to you. I’m still alive and I felt good after taking it.

I bought these in an HMart while they were on sale since they’ve gotten a lot of hype for their health benefits. I don’t notice a TON of energy from these, maybe just helping to prevent crashes midday after lunch, but I had bought a few boxes so I was using them since July until about mid November.Well, my skin had been improving the past couple of months and I honestly never linked it to these because I’d been taking them a month or so before I noticed a change. However, when I stopped these recently (for just a few days), I IMMEDIATELY had large, painful breakouts when my skin had been doing great for a while. Ordered more and since continuing them again, my skin is back to looking way better. Maybe it’s the antioxidants? Either way, I’ll be continuing to drink these daily!

Same energy as a whole pot of coffee without the jittery feeling. It’s helped my anxiety, circulation, focus, and overall mood. I love that I can throw them in my bag and don’t need anything to open them. I love the taste and how they work. There are cheaper options but I promise these are worth every cent. Highly recommend.

I like this product; the taste is sweet and prune juice a bit with a bitter ending but diff not bad tasting for this type of supplement. Taking this as a partial fast, only having this and MCT/coffee and 1/2 avocado per day as of day 3, for up to 5-6 days. I am trying alternative fasts as i feel just water after day 3 its not possible during working days and training so this gives me enough ketone but not too much, yet doesn’t throw me in a low blood sugar dizziness while exercising. I will keep taking it post fasting as a pre workout till the full 30 packs are gone. I will update my progress.

Does the job as tonic,but abit expensive for small sachets for the day. Did help to prevent flu or cols symptoms during winter. Abit expensive to buy consistently.
