Tastes pretty good
Was worried this would taste like medicine but it’s not bad. The dropper is a little difficult to work with and doesn’t fill all the way. It also seems less sanitary (if you accidentally touch your mouth). So overall I don’t love it. Prefer gummies. But very convenient way to get magnesium if you don’t like gummies and don’t want to swallow pills

An excellent Magnesium supplement complex for nighttime! The inclusion of L-Theanine, Omega, B6, and herbal ingredients all make a well-rounded magnesium option to prevent leg cramps and to sleep soundly. The taste is even nice, too. This supplement works faster than gummies and capsules as well which is a great benefit. I recommend this one!
