About two years ago, I was extremely anemic–my reading was a “7”. My hematologist suggested this Mega Food Blood Builder Iron Supplement. It truly is fantastic!!! When one takes it with a healthy dose of liquid, there are none of the usual side effects associated with taking iron. My body absorbed it very well. I continue to take it once per day. I am very, very blessed to have been introduced to this product!!

I wish it was possible to give 100 starts, but then I’d want to give even more!This iron builder has been the only one to effectively and consistently increase my iron levels. Prior to taking this brand, I was told nothing would work and nothing would help. And then one day I stumbled upon this product. Fast forward to a year and half later and here we are…with steady iron levels.The taste isn’t pleasant but not horrible either, but bearable. I also haven’t experienced stomach issues.If you are having issues getting your iron levels up, I encourage you to give this supplement a try. I’ve also bought for others because it’s that good. Definitely worth it!

I’ve had anemia for years and have tried all kinds of products. This is the only one I will ever use again. There is no cramping or constipation. I get tired and run down every few months and realize I’ve stopped taking my iron, but once I got on this brand, I’ve been faithful to it and my energy is restored. I will advise not to hesitate swallowing the pill due to the strong iron taste.

I firmly believe it is a civil duty to give blood. I have been classified as anemic as long as I can remember. I signed up with the red cross to donate blood.
