Noticeable Energy Boost but Lacks Transparency in Blend
After taking this Blood Booster+ Iron Supplement by Micro Ingredients for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a steady improvement in my energy levels throughout the day. Before using it, I often felt sluggish or tired, but this supplement seems to help maintain better stamina and alertness. The combination of iron, B12, folate, and vitamin C appears well-balanced for supporting red blood cell health and oxygen circulation.I also appreciate that the formula is free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, and tree nuts, and that the capsules are vegetarian, a big plus for those avoiding unnecessary additives. However, one drawback is the proprietary Chi Booster Blend, which doesn’t specify the exact quantities of each ingredient (such as beet root, goji berry, ginseng, and spinach). While the ingredients themselves are known for their circulatory and energy-supporting benefits, I’d prefer more transparency in the formulation. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any side effects so far. I also appreciate the clear labeling with proper dosage and safety instructions.Overall: This supplement seems to deliver on its promise of boosting energy and improving overall vitality. It’s clean, well-made, and effective — though the proprietary blend’s lack of detail leaves some uncertainty about the exact formulation.

Great iron supplement
This is is a really good product. I’m anemic and I’ve found that this has helped. It’s iron but also vitamic C, vitamin B12, and Folate. It’s also in an easy to swallow pill form.

Iron and vitamins help blood health
“Blood Booster + | 60 Veggie Capsules | 14-in-1 Iron Supplement with Fat Soluble Vitamin C, Methylfolate, B12, Beet Root, Ginseng, & Goji Berry | Chi Inspired Energy & Circulation Support | No Fillers” from the Micro Ingredients store contains iron, so on first sight it substantiates what the product title implies. The white bottle contains 60 vegetarian capsules, each being a stand-alone server, thus it is a good value at the price of $25.Each serving (capsule) delivers…Vitamin C 45 mg = 50% of recommended daily allowance, a very good amount compared to other multivitamins.Folate 680 mcg = 170%, aka Vitamin B9, at a superb doseVitamin B12 100mcg = 4166.67%, a superb dose (considered safe as there is no known upper limit for intake)Iron 36 mg = 200%, the star of this list, also a superb amount. The upper limit for safe intake is 45 mg, so this is safe. The above list of nutrients substantiates the product’s claim of benefiting blood (production and health), so I give it five stars.

Good blend of iron and supporting nutrients
I’ve taken plain iron supplements before but they often upset my stomach or made me feel off. I wanted to try something gentler with added nutrients to help with absorption, and this formula caught my eye.I like that it’s not just iron, but it also has vitamin C, B12, folate and even beet root and ginseng. It feels more like a thoughtful blend rather than just a single nutrient. The capsules are on the smaller side and easy for me to swallow and I haven’t had any issues with nausea or constipation (which has happened with other iron supplements). It’s only been a few weeks but I’ve noticed a bit more energy in the afternoons which was usually when I’d hit a slump. I also like that there are no unnecessary fillers and that the capsules are vegan.I’ll know more once I’ve been on it longer and can compare bloodwork but so far I’m pleased and plan to keep it in my routine. Good product by a well known and trusted company makes this one a winner.

Lots of Good Ingredients but “proprietary blend” label makes comparisons impossible
👍 simple ingredients, nothing extra👍None of the ingredients are proven to do anything, but they show promise👎The label for this supplement lists most of the ingredients as a “proprietary blend.” That means that instead of indicating *how much* of each ingredient is used, the label adds them all together (200mg) without ANY indication of how much of each is used.👎The labelling of a “proprietary blend” makes it is impossible to compare this product with its very specific ingredients to other brands

Easy To Swallow, Odd Smell but Tasteless, Great Combination!
I was pretty impressed by this. The packaging is top notch with a light blocking container (prevents light or UV degradation of the products over time when sitting in a warehouse or in your kitchen/bathroom). It also has a plastic shrink wrap seal so you know it hasn’t been opened before, and then also has a heavy duty foil seal to prevent moisture damage. It then further has a silica packet on the inside so that even when opened for use, it absorbs moisture to keep these fresh for the entire two months this bottle will last for. And I did count the number of capsules, which is 60. The instructions are one a day, so this will be for two months, which is a pretty good deal given the price of this supplement. The capsules themselves are a plant cellulose, which means it is okay for vegetarians, and clear. They have a consistent darker brown material in all of them that appears to be consistent capsule to capsule. It has a combination of iron, folate, and Vitamin B and C, which is a good combination in my mind. I like that they test to make sure there is no dairy or soy as well, reducing the risk of allergies. The smell is odd of these. Sorta of floral, but also a bit sickly. The smell definitely makes them harder to take, but thankfully they have no taste and are about 7.5mm in diameter and 21mm in length, making them sizable but still easy enough to swallow. I had no stomach upset or GI distress while taking these either, meaning it is a gentler formula in my mind. After taking these for a while, I feel like I do have more energy, especially when waking up in the morning. I’ll keep taking them. Overall, I find this to be a cost effective/good value supplement that while it has a slightly odd taste, is otherwise easy to take and well packaged.
