A Much Easier Omega-3 Supplement To Take
The Nature Made algae based Omega-3 product was ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen.I’ve been using fish oil for years, and frankly do not like the taste nor after effects of any of the fish oil products. I did not realize there was a plant based Omega-3 product until very recently. The fish oil products already have a “fishy” smell and taste when taking, and certainly come back around at least once if one burps. They are really not a supplement I want to take again.The Nature Made algae based Omega-3 has all of the qualities of fish oil, but none of the negative effects that I’ve experienced with fish oil. The capsules are easy to take, and do not produce any “gag effect” when swallowed. That is very important to me. This is the second bottle of this product that has been ordered, and will be ordered again. In addition, the price is competitive and reasonable. It’s definitely a good supplement to order if one does not like to take fish oil.
