Bone Density help
I just started taking this supplement in October. I bought this brand, because of the ingredients is “plant based” and because it had the necessary mg’s for Vit D3, calcium, Magnesium, it contains K2 and Boron which are necessary elements needed to help with bone density. I will give more information after I’ve taken then for a month or so. I can really tell if it works for what I am taking it for.

I take two of these a day to help my bones, I hope they are working. Apparently calcium supplements are not recommended due to a build up in the arteries but a couple of these a day instead of the recommended four just helps me to top up anything I’m not getting from my diet.
