Great taste, easy on my stomach and makes it easier to be compliant!
I love these because I have to take iron and HATE typical iron supplements. These actually taste great, are easier on my stomach and make it easy to be compliant with my daily dosage.

Been using these a year and I love!
I have such a hard time with taking iron supplements and I NEED to take them cus I have an iron deficiency. But every pill and chew I’ve tried tastes like pennys and makes me gag. Or it makes me super nauseous and vomit. But I finally found a supplement that I buy every month!! I’ve been taking these chews for about a year now! I will say every once in a while for some reason, I will get that metallic taste. But it’s tolerable compared to the other stuff. I also really appreciate they don’t use gelatin!! Awesome brand!!

Neuropathy relief for me
I’ve had foot neuropathy for several years now. My iron levels were low and I read that Iron helps relieve neuropathy. Well I can vouch for these gummies and the relief I’ve received from them. They taste great too. Give them a shot you have nothing to lose. I’m only taking two in the morning.

Yup, they’ve got iron in ’em all right. The aftertaste is super rusty! But, I only take 1 at a time and I take it with food, so I’m able to bear it. Overall this supplement has quite a good nutritional profile and should be effective.UPDATE: I’m down near the end of the bottle now. I definitely think these gummies have been good. I take them with my multivitamin at breakfast, and have had good consistent energy levels through the day. Of course it’s hard to ascribe this effect to any one supplement, but this particular success is one I have found while taking this supplement, so I’m likely to continue. The taste of these is easily acquired, too – doesn’t bother me at all anymore.

The aftertaste is manageable!
Honest review! It has a slight metallic after taste (it’s an iron supplement after all) but no smell which is good. It didn’t hurt my stomach and I think it’s working fast! The only problem is you have to take three gummies to get 18mg iron.

Only a very slight metallic taste; beware of taking too much!
The taste is fine. Not as good as vitamin C or D gummies which taste like candy since there is a slight metallic flavor, but not gross enough to not want to take them everyday. I was only taking 2 gummies for a while, then saw the recommended dose was 3 gummies, so I increased my intake. Bad idea! I had terrible joint pain in my knees for days even after I stopped taking them. I had no idea that could be a side effect if you take too much iron, but I do now. :/
