Great product that does what it says it does!!!
I have to take iron daily due to low iron and ferritin counts. If my iron absorption drops, then my restless legs become unbearable. NaturesPlus Hema-Plex Iron works better than any other iron supplement I have ever taken. It doesn’t give me the iron after taste nor does it upset my stomach.

If you’re low on vitamin B, and most people are, this will make you feel so much better. I’m happy i found it.It really gives you a nice bit of energy boost, so take in the morning or you may have trouble sleeping. That was my experience.

One of the few Iron supplements that I will always recommend. It digest very easily and doesn’t upset my stomach (but I also always eat with supplements or other medications). The smell and after taste (when it comes to burps) is not the most pleasant but the benefits of this outweighs it. Digest easily and works pretty quickly. Energy level will increase and your counts will rise significantly.Please be aware, it might turn your urine color bright yellow. Do not allow it to alarm you.

Nasty taste and aftertaste
Works will for hemoglobin regulation. The only bad thing I experienced was the smell, taste, and aftertaste. If you can tolerate that, you’ll be good. I, unfortunately, couldn’t take the taste so I switched brands and pill forms.
