Great iron for not hurting your stomach.
This is one of the best iron supplements for not hurting your stomach when you take it. . Our doctor recommended and we have been so pleased. My daughters’ had serious iron deficiencies and this product has helped them tremendously to raise their iron levels.I highly recommend.

Better tolerated than ferrous sulfate. One capsule a day may not be sufficient to replete your stores – make sure to ask your physician. I’ve been glad to see these back in stock

Doesn’t Hurt Stomach
This brand was recommended by my daughter’s GI doctor after every other type of iron supplement hurt her stomach. And this one doesn’t! Her levels have increased so I know it absorbs well.

Doesn’t hurt my stomach
There’s so many different types of iron, and everyone reacts different. This one doesn’t hurt my stomach at all, but it does cause slight constipation for me. Nothing serious, definitely keeping it in my rotation and going to finish the bottle. I mix this with 3 arrows heme iron right now, and vitamin C, on empty stomach and sometimes take a digestive enzyme… Really trying to get my ferritin up, and get feeling better. Gona retest my levels soon.. Hoping this helps. I’ll finish this bottle, but most likely will try a few others before I’d re-order this one. 3 arrows heme gives me no constipation.. but I’ve heard mixing heme, and non heme can be beneficial for some.
