This has been my go-to Mag Citrate since beginning a prophylactic regimen for migraine mitigation 4 years ago. I use 400mg daily, and appreciate achieving this in 2 large tablets…well, as much as anyone loves to swallow big tablets. I recommend the capsules over these “tabs” due to fillers.
High level of fillers in these. The capsules don’t contain the croscarmelose sodium; the tabs do. Due to the size of the tabs (much larger) compared to the capsules, for the same dose, there seems to be a large amount of filler in these.
