Essential for healing gastritis
I have been dealing with gastritis due to gluten sensitivity for years and the damage cause to my gut lining has wreaked havoc on my body. Over time I have developed leaky gut and a bacterial overgrowth due to lack of stomach acid. In order to correct these issues I first had to clear the infection using various supplements while also trying to increase acidity with an HCL supplement. My gut lining was very irritated and damaged so it was in dire need of soothing and healing. This was done by a combination of slippery elm and L-glutamine. I have tried various brands of L-glutamine over the past few years and this brand is definitely the most effective one I have used with the highest quality. It has no flavor whatsoever and easily dissolves in water without settling at the bottom of the cup like most other brands that contain fillers and binders. I can feel the soothing effect in my gut within a few moments of drinking it. Unfortunately this supplement will be a staple in my diet for probably the rest of my life due to the fact that it is very hard to be 100% gluten free at all times with my busy lifestyle. Even the smallest amounts of gluten irritate my stomach but this stuff is like a band-aid with neosporin on it and really heals and soothes quickly. Plus its a great price for a quality product.

Quality Product
I have used Glutamine for decades. I have used this brand for a few years now. Glutamine is proven to help with recovery. You are not going to feel anything magical. It’s not going to help with stomach issues. People cry too much about the flavor. There is no flavor & you don’t drink it by itself. I take a serving with breakfast and post workout. I mix it with my whey protein. Mix it with something flavorful. Put it in your coffee, etc. Just take it and lift!!

Nutrabio is great!
I love this glutamine powder. Nutrabio sells pharmaceutical grade products without fillers. I take this for a variety of reasons, but it is great in preventing muscle pain after a work out. I take one scoop daily when I remember to help prevent leaky gut and it is supposed to help with energy (although I have not found any benefit there in the energy department). But the best use for me is preventing muscle pain when working out or doing heavy yard work. For best results, take a scoop before your workout, another scoop afterwards and again before bed and it does a very good job at preventing muscle pain. My friend used it before and after running a marathon and was amazed at the difference. She said normally after a marathon she is spent, but with the l glutamine (she uses a different brand) she was able to go home and mow her lawn and give her dogs a bath.
