Strong flavor, Great product
First time trying this, and notice I have an easier time getting through the day the following day that I drank it. Since it has L-Tryptophan I drink it at night because it makes me tired. Great product, dissolves and mixes easily, flavor is a bit much for the amount of water it says to mix it in.

Effective and Affordable
I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using.This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements.I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle).I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it.I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

This product is great quality and flavor. For me I used one scoop in almost 24oz of water and it was still too sweet. I will be using a half scoop. Otherwise, I’m happy with the price and quality and amount of aminos in this product,

Great tasting EAAs for a great price
I love this product. EAAs in general are great to take intra or post workout because unlike whey or casein, they don’t need to be digested/broken down and are thus quickly absorbed. This product mixes easily and pretty well and tastes and smells amazing, almost like passion fruit juice. It’s great quality too and greatly priced for the servings size provided. I highly recommend! 👌

i decided to add this to my stack and have been taking a full scoop for a few weeks, i’m in a deficit and this helped me preserve muscle mass while shredding down bf i’ve also experienced some appetite suppression post consumption. so five stars from me, taste isn’t great but its a supplement not starbucks👍

Better flavors than others I’ve tried
Love this stuff, take it daily. Flavor wise I’ve tried others and they were awful, but both the fruit punch and POG flavors are good and the price is right.

Contains Sucralose. May cause gut inflammation in some
Undortunatelely after one scoop. I realized it has sucralose in it. I’ll take real sugar any day. Or stevia. Not sucralose or xylotol. Two of which that can kill the good bacteria in your gut biome. I learned about xylotol the hard way. Great for teeth but don’t swallow long term. Can cause gut pain. Like sucralose can cause inflammation. Just do some research in a few places. If it had an option with stevia or unbleached sugar. They’d have a customer for life because the flavor is great. And its got a good amino acid content.

Essential amino acids.
I mix it with water and drink it when I exercise. When you take a scoop, the aroma is strong and the flavor is intense, so I adjust the amount and drink it. I’m not sure about the effect, but I hope it helps my health.
