Ol’ Reliable
This pre-workout is my ol’ reliable. It’s great that it contains creatine so I don’t have to take that supplement on days that I use this. It can take a little time to mix in with water, but will eventually mix in with enough shaking. There are no large granules. I don’t get the face-tingles that other pre-workouts give. I find that taking this 20 minutes before a workout is enough to give me a boost to last 1-2 hours into my exercise.

Y’all. Stop what youre doing and buy this product. Great price point, doesnt overload you with an obscene amount of caffeine and tastes like kool-aid back when kool-aid was actually good!
