While that isn’t automatically unsafe—several studies and consumer products do use 800–1 250 mg—it pushes you into “more is not necessarily better” territory and, because of the pepper, increases the odds of drug interactions and side-effects. I didn’t think it would work so fast, I’ve been taking it for 3 days now and I haven’t had any trouble going to sleep. At all like I’m actually relaxed and THATS the key. I used to take Benadryl or Melatonin daily, for years to help me fall asleep. But since starting this supplement (with other vitamins) I can say it doesn’t make me drowsy it’s helping me get my brain into that state to relax, no more racing thoughts, no restlessness, my brain used to be so active it’s just calm before sleep. And in the morning I can get up without feeling groggy, I used to hate waking up because it was so hard. Not anymore and it’s only been a few days my body must have been crying from the inside happily I’m finally taking the right care.
