Better Than Knee Braces & Pain Killers
I have a bucket handle tear in my meniscus. It’s not overly painful but it does stay very, very stiff and the inflammation is apparent. Add to that, I work a very physical job and this stuff has worked like nothing I have tried. It blows all the pharmaceuticals out of the water. Follow the instructions and if you’re a larger framed guy like myself, taking 3000 mg won’t hurt, depending on your level of pain. If you do t need it, you don’t need it but it beats the hell out of gulping fist fulls of ibuprofen. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

No more discomfort
This is my second bottle of this Turmeric so I’m thinking it works. I had a knee that was starting to give me someproblem so I read about this and decided to give it a try. I take it every day usually in the morning after food. Iwould not recommend taking it without food especially if you have a sensitive stomach. After taking it for about2 weeks every day, I did notice that my knee was not causing any discomfort anymore.

While waiting for the Qunol Tumeric Curcumin to arrive there was a noticeable difference in my day to day activities. Once the Qunol Tumeric arrived I was able to return to my previous energy levels. Turmeric supplements may affect liver.
This is a good product, but some people are affected by high dose turmeric. I used it for years without issues, then last June my labs showed my liver enzymes were elevated…were really elevated by August. My doctor had me quit the turmeric, and nothing else…blood tests in October my liver enzymes were completely normal. So, get regular labs done, and if liver enzymes get elevated you may need to quit this product.
