Best turmeric capsule
Best quality turmeric capsules around. However, if you cook you can put turmeric in your food a lot cheaper. Ground turmeric is about $15 a pound in bulk and its the same stuff that’s in the capsule. You’ll find that out when you notice the yellow on your hand after touching the capsules. Knowing this, I still take 3 Qunol Turmeric capsules every day as I rarely cook with turmeric. I think it’s effective, because when I have run out and don’t take it for a few days, I feel discomfort in my joints which I believe to be arthritic inflammation, kept at bay with turmeric.

When taking this supplement I had no complaints. I was told by a friend to change to plant base turmeric, but will go back to this brand. This time I bought it for someone else that wanted it. I will order one for me today.

Works but could destroy your liver!
Be careful with Curcumin.Tumeric Extracts can cause liver failure.See the NYT article about it.I read it and thought it couldn’t happen to me but I did notice liver pains 30 minutes after taking each pill. I stopped for a few weeks and then tried one pill. And the pain came back! This is the first curcumin product that did that to me, maybe because there is a lot of active ingredient and black pepper extract.If you are concerned about this just take turmeric instead. Curcumin extracts are too powerful and have put people into liver failure. Don’t be one of them.
