This is one of the best collagen peptides on the market. The ingredients include vitamin c and hyaluronic acid and the collagen is verisol. Verisol collagen is very effective and more concentrated than other kinds, so the amount per serving is less than other brands. I have been using Sparkle for almost 4 years with no plans to stop. I just add the unflavored powder to my morning coffee and it mixes well without adding unwanted taste or smell.

My doctor recommended this collagen & I have to say I can REALLY notice a difference in my skin. Nails are growing much faster & skin looks more hydrated. Can’t see what it’s doing for my joints but i can only hope it’s helping those also! I just add it to my coffee in the morning. Tried adding it to water & I do not recommend lol

Need a scoop
It mixes into my coffee well. I just wish it had a scoop. The recommended 2 heaping teaspoons is less than the 6 gram serving.

Flavorless in not flavorless
This is definitely not flavorless. I am going to try and finish out the can because I’m not able to return it, but I would not re-purchase the flavor list because it definitely has an odd sort of taste to it. It definitely changes the taste of whatever you’re drinking. I just haven’t found the perfect combination in order to mute the flavor. I have not tried the flavored ones but wish I would’ve ordered one of those first might’ve been a better option

Nothing would repair my splitting nails. Version collagen powder so delicious and now my nails are strong and gorgeous. My hair is shining and my crepey skin is smooth.
