Vit D level from 29 to 56 in short time with one a day.
I hadn’t been taking my VIt D liquid supplements as they were a bit old and over time, the taste and worry about it going rancid or losing effectiveness and the mess made me look for something like this. Before I bought this I took a Vit D blood test in Jun 25. I was at 29. Just below 30. Hadn’t decided what to do. I’d been there before. But in end of Aug I bought these and used them in Sept. I took another blood test in Sep 25 and I was up to 39. Taking one of these a day seems to be working. Took another blood test in Oct 25, and my Vit D was 56. So these are working really well and easy to take and I don’t worry about how many drops to put in like I do with liquid D. My doctor always worries about it being too high, but Vit D council says it should be significant. In the past I took high doses and had a blood test showing my Vit D was 106 and I had no issues with kidney stones or anything else. I won’t up the dos on these, I just make sure I take it mostly daily, meaning if I forget due to change in routine, I don’t worry about it.

The Sunshine Vitamin!
I actively started taking vitamin D about a year ago when my blood test showed very low levels in my body. In the past 6 months I started taking this particular brand of Vitamin D3 in hopes I could try to continue to raise my vitamin D levels. Well I got my blood results yesterday and my vitamin D level was over 90! Now during this time I also started walking my dog outside so I know I was getting about 10-15 minutes of some sun daily, but I do not think my levels would be this high without this supplement. I will continue to take this every day!!! I do understand why people say it is the sunshine vitamin. I do believe it helps your overall mood and wellbeing. Pills are not large and easy to swallow.

They are great quality. Only thing I’d say that is bad is that, they stick in tbe jar and have to shake them up. There is no moisture wicking things inside the jar.

Great Sleep!

Happy to find a low dose vitamin D formula with K2. Even happier with noticeable effectiveness of this supplement. First indication was an improvement in fingernails.. Also very relieved to experience a marked decline in discomfort from “trigger finger” endured over the last year or so. Have always been a sceptic regarding true benefits of supplements, but very encouraged by the initial results of this one. Have decided to try other products offered by this brand.

It raised my Vit D blood levels!
I take it once a day & it has kept my D3 blood levels within normal limits. I started after I was quite low (I guess sunscreen works!).I have an allergy to wool & lanolin, and most Vit D supplements derive it from wool. Those were upsetting my stomach & I couldn’t figure out why. Duh…This supple gives me no tummy problems & it works! A bit of K3, I like it! Thanks!
