Get it!
This iron is very gentle, I’m super sensitive to supplements and to my surprise this iron was easy to take. Iron metallic taste is super mild, no issues there. I take it with my lipsomal C, I have low ferritin so I’m hoping this’ll raise my numbers. Non constipating no gut issues with this iron.

Great Absorption, but don’t recommend for under the tongue
I’ve tried several brands of iron supplements over the past 1.5 years of trying to increase my ferritin levels (get your ferritin tested instead of iron ladies….my iron was normal but ferritin was very low). This is the first brand that seems to work really well! My ferritin levels increased 12 pts in 6 weeks of taking 1-2 pills per day. Two things to note: I do not hold these under my tongue, because it tastes like you are sucking on a sweetened penny – a really gross metallic taste. But the good news is that absorption seems to be good even if you just swallow the pill. Second thing – since these are made to dissolve under your tongue, they do fall apart a bit in the bottle or a pill case. Just FYI.

They’re OK
The taste is meh and the texture isn’t great but it’s porous in order to be sublingual, my gripe isn’t with the pill itself it’s with the absorption. I have taken ferrous sulphate for years and I decided to try this brand because I’d had stomach issues for years from taking harsh elemental iron but unfortunately it did not work for me. Perhaps it is sufficient for anyone who struggles with occasional bouts of anemia caused by a nutritional deficiency or has low blood volume or clotting issues due to taking certain medications, but I feel like this specific type of iron should be used as a supplement to other remedies and not as a stand-alone for people with chronic iron storage and pooling issues. Other than what is listed above, I’d say the price is right for what you get.

Tastes good and no nausea
If you’re one of those who’s better off absorbing iron through your mouth (sublingually) because your stomach isn’t doing it, then this is a great solution, in my humble opinion. The reason I like it is because it tastes good, which is pretty amazing for an iron supplement, and it does not make me nauseous ever.I just ordered my second bottle.Even if your stomach/intestines are absorbing iron, this is a super easy tasty non-nauseous way to go. Way more fun than swallowing a pill.

Works very well. Did stain my teeth some.
This iron worked better for me than any others I tried. Once I started using it properly and not having calcium nor dairy products too close to it timewise, it really did help. It took a long time to get my iron back up where it should be, but this was the one that worked best, and I did take some other gut friendly and absorbable iron variations. It did stain the backs my lower front teeth and my dental people commented on it and couldn’t get it completely off. Now that I’m back in normal range, I’m just swallowing it instead of holding it under my tongue. The instructions say that you can do either.

No longer need Infusions!
As someone who is anemic and has required multiple infusions I’ve been taking this for the last year. I’m soooo thrilled to report all my numbers came back in range this year! No need for infusions. This is the only otc iron that has worked. It doesn’t constipate me either.

Broken crushed
Bought these twice. First time most of them were broken. Thought maybe just a bad shipment.Second time, again most crushed. They are very delicate chewable tablets. Almost feels just like chalk for a chalkboard (the cheap kind)They come crushed and some are broken. You have no clue how much you are taken if you try to piece the pieces and dust back together.
