I am someone who takes various supplements to assist with my overall fitness goals.Typically a powdered pre-workout is something that I take prior to my workouts to elevate them.The majority of the time my workouts are really compromised if I don’t.I’ve used countless brands and types of those products throughout the years, and while some are very effective, I continue to look for different ones or newer products to try.When I came across this, I had absolutely never heard of this type of product.It sounded really interesting, and even though I was skeptical about some of its claims I decided I to go ahead and place an order for it.Once I received it, I started using the stuff right away.The texture is almost like a Vaseline and you apply it topically.So after a very short while I really started feeling warmer and seemed to sweat at the applied areas, but I guess I was hoping that maybe it would assist with a little more than that.For me It didn’t, And I really am questioning the effectiveness of it.I do pretty intense workouts, so I tend to get good results anyway, and although I was really optimistic about this product, so far it just seems kind of mid to me.I have read other reviews of this, and a lot of people seem to get a bit higher of a result than myself.Not sure if I will continue to use the entire container of it, but if I decide to, I will definitely take a look at this review again and see if I need to increase or decrease the number of stars I gave it.So, I think for its price point, it would be great if it actually does what it promises too, but so far for me I think there are other products out there that maybe give you a better result.But I do hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.
