I will continue to edit this review as time goes on.General background: I bought this because I saw on google scholar that this herb was shown effective at bettering thyroid function. I recently got a blood test saying my thyroid was slightly underactive and I wanted a non drug alternative because I am really not ok with committing to a life of yo-yoing on synthetic drugs that have bad long term effects and may only cause more problems. I had a very very very strong hunch my thyroid issue was caused by about 2 years of constant stress due to trauma. I also read that stress hormones are extremely related to the thyroid function and chronic stress can cause thyroid issues. So hearing about ashwagandha and all it’s benefits, naturally I had to give this a try. Ok now for the effects:Day 3 (9/7/19): I’ve noticed a very apparent 80% decrease in what I call “stress chest” (for lack of better term) which is the physical feeling of stress i’ve been dealing with for the past two years. 80-90% muted. I say muted because I can tell when I get emotionally triggered by something or experience something that would normally induce a spike in my “stress chest”, there is a mild feeling but it is 80-90% lesser than what it was before. I’m absolutely amazed. And i’m only taking 1/2 the swerving suggestion so far. I plan to up to the full suggestion next week. So I can say without a doubt this has helped my stress and I feel generally much calmer and my body isn’t reacting to stressful situations nearly as much- like I said 80%- a HUGE difference for me. If you don’t have intense stress you may not notice an affect this drastic because their simply isn’t as much stress to decrease in the first place but if you have an severe case like mine you WILL notice it’s absence. Now as far as my thyroid goes I will be taking another blood test in 3 months so until then I won’t know for sure but I have a strong feeling I will be healed by then for sure. I will update for that here of course. And I will update in between now and then for whatever I feel the need to update. Crossing my fingers!Day 27 (10/1/19): forgot to update back when i tried upping to the full dose (one capsule in the morning and one in the evening) which was about 7 days in, and i experienced some gastrointestinal issues so i just continued to only take a half dose which is one capsule in the morning. Which honestly seems fine for me! It’s still working at reducing my stress about 75-80%. So there doesn’t seem to be an issue with developing a tolerance. One thing I might mention is that as you get used to this new normal you may forget how it felt to feel as stressed as you were before. When I do feel stress I have to remember to compare it to how it was before and I realize “oh this is nothing compared to that- AND I can actually relieve my stress with exercise or deep breathing and it’s actually WORKS now- whereas before I would exercise and deep breathe and it still wouldn’t help me- so my body is able to actually work and cope with the stress now.” So just keep that in mind! It’s amazing how now I actually can just go for a quick walk or take a moment for deep breathing and it actually provides lasting relief now. Before the stress would just pump and pump and it would get a tiny bit better DURING exercise but it would come back the second I would stop. But now the exercise is enough to stop my stress and that affect will actually last. Still need to wait till December for my blood test but so far so good. I’m also taking selenium in the form of one brazil nut a day and iodine in the form of a kelp supplement, but only because I heard those vitamins help thyroid as well. Welp, I’ll update again later.

A slow working but great product
I’ve been taking them for over a month and i’ve been seeing some results; admitly it’s been slow.I’ve also found that I have more energy than I used to. For me, I think it’s been great and I would recommend trying it, at least for a month to see if it works for you.

Inconsistent
I’ve been using ashwagandha – from this same brand and others – for years. I used this particular brand for a few months and remember loving it – I felt a noticeable change in all metrics. I stopped taking it (and all ashwagandha products) for several months to avoid building a tolerance. When I went back in, this was the first brand I chose, since I remembered how potent the effects were. Unfortunately that feeling didn’t last – I might as well be consuming flour at this point. The batch I’m consuming now has had no positive impact at all, in any measure.Overall I think this brand is inconsistent and probably not worth the price long term. I feel that some of their batches are more potent than others, and it’s frustrating to spend so much for batches that at times do nothing at all. I am going to look into other brands.

I don’t normally do reviews but…….
First off, I usually don’t do reviews for products unless I am upset because I was ripped off. Rarely do I find something that really, really does what it says and works as stated. Top that off with customer service that is beyond belief and then I am literally forced to take five minutes to write my two cents. I was skeptical that this product was anything more than hype and probably fabricated reviews but I didn’t want my teenage daughter to take anything prescription for her anxiety and depression. I am not a big fan of prescriptions because doctors just like to throw stuff at you hoping something works (or sticks to the wall). I myself has experienced the same anxiety issues and fits of depression and have been prescribed all the normal stuff like paxil, etc and I simply hate taking them. So, I didn’t want to start my daughter down that path. I somehow stumbled on this product, not even looking for it. I read reviews and then started to research the ingredients. I was shocked and floored I had never heard of it before. I thought, what the hell, I will try two bottles. One for me and one for my daughter and just see if I notice anything. My daughter did not really take them as she should and was not part of a regular schedule so I can not comment (yet) if it helped her. She has since just gotten into a regular schedule and taking regularly now daily. It has only been a few weeks for her so I cannot report on her results yet. For me though, I am 3/4 in to my second bottle. I can not say I woke up and life was sunshine and lollipops with no cares or concerns but what I can attest to, those days when the clouds tended to creep up on me out of nowhere and the little things (problems) sometimes seemed like mountains that never ended and I just wanted to close my eyes and give up……..have pretty much just disappeared. The things that I would typically obsess on, I don’t. The things that I would typically be fixated on and worrying about, I don’t. The days I would typically be unmotivated to do anything, they are gone. Now, it obviously is not a magic pill and we all have our moments, pill or no pill, but for the most part as I have relayed back to my ex wife and daughter, the clouds are gone. As for a company, I am floored at how awesome these guys are. I will not buy this product or anything I need that they sell from anyone else. They are absolutly awesome. They truly appreciate your business but also really care that you are getting the results from their product. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have since told 7-8 other people about the company and the product and now they are taking the product……….including my ex wife which just bought two bottles. Thank you so much Tribe for such a great product and great customer service. I was NOT given anything for this review. This is an honest and real testimony. I could not be happier. Thank you.

I just received this product and was very disappointed to see that it expires in December 2025 , only a couple of months from now. The listing never mentioned that the expiry date was this close, and I expected a fresh batch since it’s a health supplement.
