Perfect product, simple/effective but ultra mild flavor, which is fine
Great ingredient profile, mixes easily with water. Good deal and provides enough energy. The taste is extremely mild, almost like water with a tiny drop of lemon juice. I kind of like that, because it means it’s not packed with a bunch of artificial flavoring, even though it does list some natural and artificial flavoring. Also No food coloring is great. The taste is easy to get used to if you don’t mind it being almost flavorless. Doesn’t bother me at all. Great product.

The powder mixes easily with water, though you might still get a little settling if it’s not shaken well.As for performance, I’ve found it works well for weight training and cardio. It helps maintain stamina through longer sessions without the sharp spikes or crashes some other formulas give. The caffeine content seems moderate, which is ideal if you’re not looking for an intense stimulant effect.One area for improvement might be the dosage of some ingredients. Cheap but the taste is awful. When mixed it is a cloudy white, additionally when opened it had hide hard clumps. The smell is a little funky too. Good luck.
