Let me just say that I have used magnesium almost every night for 10 years. I rotate with different forms. With all the different ones now like 3 in 1 or 6 in 1 or this 10 in 1, I’ve started trying those combos because they all work a little different . This 10 in 1 is the best so far. My shoulder has hurt for 2 weeks, almost unbearable at times with so many spasms. Wasn’t able to sleep much. Went to chiropractor 3x, the Dr for a mild muscle relaxer. 800mg Ibuprofen – nothing was helping much. I had got these a couple months ago but am finishing up another bottle first so I had not taken any. I took one today out of curiosity and I am so relieved. Most of the pain from the spasms is gone. I was able to get outside and rake leaves! I read it later and saw the serving size is 2 capsules so I took another. I’m amazed. I will definitely keep using these.
