I started using this consistently in my 3rd trimester with my baby #3 and with my oldest 2 I lost so much hair at the 3 month mark that it was scary, but this time I lost very little hair compared to the other 2 times and I think it had to do with being consistent with using collagen every single day. I also had the strongest most beautiful nails I have ever had. I’m pregnant with baby #4 now and this time I am consistent from earlier on. Hoping it’ll do the same thing and help me keep my hair and good nails.

Best collagen ever (in my opinion)
I have a blown L5-S1 that I manage the pain as best as I can. This is part of my weekly routine for pain management and protein intake. I mix 2 scoops with my normal protein powder & try to average using it about 4 times a week. Any pain seems to subside and stay away. However, some workouts will make the pain a little worse. Pretty bland taste by itself. Mix with something.

I was surprised and pleased to see this company truly believes we HAVE to stop plastic use. They sent my fav product, which WORKS by the way, without a scoop first. It was plastic, good riddance.
