Very high b12
After taking this for a couple weeks its a good vitamin. I will note that it has ridiculously high b12. Which for my body has made my urin a neon yellow like highlighter or glowstick yellow.So if after taking this for a while and you find your urin looking like it could glow before you panick stop taking this for a few days and see if its the high amounts of b12.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for approx 3 months. I feel great. Although, I take 2 every morning. I believe the serving size is 1. They seem to be a good quality vitamin. They have no smell and the ingredient list isn’t hard to read.
