It’s difficult to evaluate a product like this because it supposedly does its thing over the longer term, strengthening bones and cartilage via targeted nutrients. I’ll give them good packaging, because there were tamper-resist seals, with added cotton, and the bottle does have a description of how the “growth factor / BMP-Complex” supposedly does its thing.The pills are small and both tasteless and odorless, and I noted no particular difficulties in taking them (no chalkiness or aftertaste or anything like that).I can’t assess whether there are any particular product certifications or ratings because the Amazon inventory tracking sticker completely obscures that part of the bottle and cannot be easily removed.The amount provided is 60 capsules, with the recommendation being to take two per dose, and up to twice a day (meaning you’d consume four capsules, two at a time). This means it’s a 30-day supply at most, as few as 15 if you double up…and even though I received this product for a review consideration, I can’t help but notice that the list price is extremely high. That’s not what I’d call a good value for the money, in my opinion, especially since it’d likely be months minimum before determining whether it was actually helping or not.The maker of this product might do well to provide far more information about how and why this compound is supposed to promote bone and cartilage strength and health. That way they could help to justify their premium cost.

Well, Ostinol should be considered
Do your research.This stuff is PRICEY so, I would consult a heath professional before you entertain the idea getting these.There SHOULD BE 3x as many in this plastic bottle as it is only 1/3 full! A huge waste of plastic especially, for the cost.As far as the Ostinol, I have read many good things so, do your research.I mix these with water as I cannot swallow capsules and the taste is very minimal.At my advanced age, I look for high quality supplements.Hopefully, these will improve my mobility and help the ol’ joints.I have noticed no undesired effects what-so-ever.I’ll update this review after this one month supply is diminished.
