The bottle contains 180 softgels, at 5000 IU per softgels, and at one softgel per day the bottle will last me about 6 months.The only thing I debated was whether to get a V-D3/V-K combination, but I decided I get enough V-K in my diet so I had no need to worry about calcium buildup. I’ve been taking a V-D3 supplement for decades without any sign of calcium buildup, so I am confident that this choice will meet my needs.And, easy to swallow, quality ingredients, no side effects, and the softgels don’t clump together inside the bottle.Two thumbs up.
