These work, noticed almost immediate results!
I started taking one per day and already notice the thought clarity and calmness (perhaps an indirect benefit). A few days is not enough sampling but I’m sticking with it.

Quality ingredients, not sure on results
I take ginkgo biloba for tinnitus, and I can usually tell whether the the gingko is quality or not based on whether it reduces the frequency / volume of my bouts…so in that sense I feel like this is a quality product as the gingko portion at the very least appears to be working for me.I’m almost through the 30 day supply (90 capsules, 3 per serving). I am not sure about the lion’s mane though, I haven’t really noticed much of a difference in stress or cognitive abilities since I started taking it, but thankfully no side effects. Value is a bit questionable for me considering that, but as with all supplements it’s possible I just don’t respond noticeably to it and your experience might be different.

The best I’ve found
I have noticed a decline in my focus and short term memory. I’ve tried other supplements before finding this one and it is by far the best I’ve found. Almost immediately I notice better focus, and significantly better short term memory. If I miss a dose I can tell. I’m a big fan!

Ancient nutrition, focused brain
Product made me extremely nauseated. Also elevated my blood pressure both top and bottom number about 10°. I don’t know what caused the nausea, but I’m thinking the Ginko maybe the culprit that raised the blood pressure.. and for some reason even though it’s less than 60 days, they will not take it back through Amazon don’t understand why. I do take a lot of their other products, never had a problem.
