Best Protein Powder I’ve Tried, and Definitely My New Favorite!
First time trying this, and it (Cookies and Cream) is DELICIOUS! Best I’ve tried, and definitely my new favorite…Now, I’m not a body-builder or anything like that, just an old dude, trying to get a little extra protein in right after a workout… One scoop – it’s big – is plenty for me, and I usually just have a scoop mixed with about 10 oz of water and a few ice cubes… Shake it up – it mixes well – and it’s perfect for me after a workout…What I didn’t expect, is that it’s so tasty, I think this is going to be my go-to snack any time…And I don’t mind the extra carbs or a bit of fat either.. All of that is needed for good health and body functioning, so while some may see that as a negative, I do not… And for just some quick extra protein, it’s great…I’m definitely subscribing to this… Just delicious..

He probado varias proteínas y esta de Body Fortress me sorprendió para bien. El sabor a chocolate es agradable, no empalagoso, y se disuelve bastante bien en agua o leche sin dejar grumos. Cada porción trae 60 g de proteína, lo cual es bastante comparado con otras marcas del mismo rango de precio.La uso después de entrenar y he notado mejor recuperación y menos cansancio muscular. Además, trae BCAAs y no tiene ese olor raro que a veces tienen las proteínas baratas. La relación calidad-cantidad-precio es de las mejores que he encontrado.Si buscas una proteína efectiva sin pagar de más por el nombre de la marca, esta es una gran opción. La volveré a comprar.

Se mezcla fácilmente, no deja grumos y el sabor (especialmente el de vainilla o chocolate) es delicioso, nada empalagoso.La he estado usando después de mis entrenamientos y he notado una recuperación muscular más rápida, además de sentirme con más energía durante el día. Best Value of any Protein Source in 2025
This is the best value I can find in mid 2025 for protein, if you only consider how many grams of protein you get per dollar. The flavor is okay – not the best, not the worst. The macros are not the best for whey.Starting with flavor, it tastes pretty good in milk. 6 or 7/10. There is a little bit of a chemical flavor. It is like a hint of fake cookie dough or biscoff/speculoos. This tinge of artificial cookie flavor makes it taste worse IMO than a more plain vanilla flavor. For the macros, I think it should taste a little better.As far as macros, this is near the lowest ratio of protein to total calories of any whey protein powders on the market. Around 64% of the calories are from protein. The lowest wheys are a little u der 60% and the highest is around 90%. (Of course, just from the labels – if you don’t like bad news, don’t look into how the actual protein powders fail to meet the numbers printed on the label.)But what this protein does best is deliver maximum grams of protein per dollar. As of mid-2025, I can get 1.8 lb or 800 g. for around $16 including delivery fees, or as low as $13 on subscribe and save, which comes out to over 40 grams of protein per dollar, which is the highest protein value of any food I can find today, excluding plant-based sources. Even conpared to anything I have found in the grocery store.It mixes well and is never lumpy. There are little black cookie bits. I have not had any digestion issues with this protein. That was a big problem for me when I tried another brand near this price.Overall, this is the best value of protein, but the fat and carb count is pretty high, so this isn’t the best protein if you are rrstricting calories, and the flavor is not quite as good as it should be for as fatty as it is. I would probably order it again as a bulking option but for now I will try other brands.

This stuff is absolutely delicious. I’ve never used/eaten a protein powder before and I had read some reviews so I was expecting something I might be able to choke down. I was not expecting totally delicious. I started with chocolate flavor and I mixed into a lactose free chocolate milk. I’m too lazy to use a blender. I used the little electric whisk I use to froth hot milk for coffee because a fork or a regular whisk didn’t work that well. A small cup of milk and a scoop of powder is 40 grams of protein and it was like drinking a melted chocolate shake. Seriously delicious. Second time I ordered this stuff I accidentally ordered the vanilla flavor and thought uh oh. But I mixed the vanilla into the chocolate milk and maybe it was even more delicious? Crazy good. I look forward to these shakes a couple times a day, sometimes three and then try to get some regular food in too. I hope it’s good protein because I have no interest in trying any other brand. I might get a more heavy duty stick blender but the frother is really working just fine. I put the milk in first, powder on top, and then start mixing at the very top until all the powder is incorporated before mixing deeper into the cup. Love both flavors in chocolate milk. If I ever accidentally order the strawberry I’ll get regular milk for that but for now I’m more than good with vanilla and chocolate. Highly recommend both: get your protein in! Tasty!

Whey protein mix, strawberry, I do a low carb high protein diet. I use this protein in different ways. I even mix it with some yogurt and freeze it like ice cream bars. I mix it in my drinks use it for topping. It’s very good and the price is right.
